The Troggs founder member and guitarist Chris Britton, pictured, has decided to take time out from the band for sabbatical, replaced by John W Doyle.

When Reg Presley retired due to ill health in 2012, he gave the band his blessing to carry on with the 60's veteran Chris Allen taking over lead vocal duties.
